As a Customer Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform, resolving technical challenges, and translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the broader mission of automating customer call operations at scale.What You'll DoProvide hands-on technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for their specific use cases.Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and full-stack code (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python) alongside customers.Support customers in building effective prompting strategies and AI agent workflows to unlock maximum value from the product.Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships, acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams.Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements, documentation, and roadmap decisions.
